How our fees work
 
Contract:  We provide contractors for an hourly rate, based on their experience level. Contact us for pricing information.
 
Direct Hire: We provide direct hires for a recruiting fee of 25% of the candidate’s initial annual pay.
 
Contract to Hire: Sometimes you might want to use a contract resource, but hire them later. If you pay our contract-to-hire (CTH) premium of 7%, you can hire them for a pro-rated direct-hire fee which reduces to zero after 1 year (a net savings of over 15%).
