MicroMax consultants are experts in using CMMI/SPICE and other process standards to streamline process improvement and  quality assessment.

We’ll review your current development practices to determine your readiness for CMMI® and AUTOSPICE® certification. We’ll fill in the gaps by working with your engineers and managers. Our services include facilitating process and development meetings, developing processes, preparing draft process documents, and  planning for process rollout. We’ll help you formalize your corporate process, document it and publish it to your corporate intranet. We’ll work with management to develop a roadmap including document reviews, mini assessments, training, etc., to  take you to the level required for certification. And of course, we’ll perform a CMMI SCAMPI or Class B assessment, or help you perform a mentored self assessment.
